Talya Gershon is the founder and owner of Coastal Virginia Consulting, LLC, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, Talya E. Gershon meets with clients to provide a wide range of business and life coaching services, from guiding clients on how to maximize career transitions and leadership opportunities to teaching them to strengthen and maintain healthy relationships. Additionally, Talya Gershon helps individuals with personal growth by identifying strengths and weaknesses and creating a structured plan to facilitate improvement and a balanced mind.

Away from her professional endeavors, Talya Gershon pursues a number of interests, such as participating in Pure Barre classes, watching the Boston Red Sox, and spending time at the beach with her family and friends. Talya E. Gershon also likes to read and her favorite authors include William Manchester, Wayne Dyer, and Don Miguel Ruiz. Also an avid traveler, Talya E. Gershon as visited countries throughout the world and particularly enjoys Israel for its culture and landscape.
